چکیده

Severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2) is the pathogen of ongoing disease 2019 (COVID-19) global pandemic. Here, by centralizing published cell-based experiments, clinical trials, and virtual drug screening data from NCBI PubMed database, we developed a database SARS-CoV-2 inhibitors for COVID-19, dbSCI, which includes 234 collected publications based on 81 drugs COVID-19 in trials 1305 potential bioinformatics analyses. dbSCI provides four major functions: (1) search target or its inhibitor SARS-CoV-2, (2) browse target/inhibitor information cell screenings, (3) download, (4) submit data. Each entry contains 18 types information, including inhibitor/drug name, targeting protein, mechanism inhibition, experimental technique, sample type, reference information. In summary, relatively comprehensive, credible repository inhibitors/drugs against their mechanisms it will be valuable further studies to control COVID-19.

DAMPD: a manually curated antimicrobial peptide database

The demand for antimicrobial peptides (AMPs) is rising because of the increased occurrence of pathogens that are tolerant or resistant to conventional antibiotics. Since naturally occurring AMPs could serve as templates for the development of new anti-infectious agents to which pathogens are not resistant, a resource that contains relevant information on AMP is of great interest. To that extent...
